Opera In the Schools Liaison
Host Opera Study Course meeting
- Monday afternoon
- Tuesday evening
Host Membership Meeting in your home
Host the Holiday Soiree in your home
Social Events
- Help plan and execute
- Prepare food
- Donate wine
Bus Trips to Austin Lyric Opera
- Assist with planning
Board Member Communication
- Notify members of Board meetings via email and mailings
- Track Board attendance and reporting for the President
Videographer / Photographer
- Film or photograph educational and social events for our archives, website and publicity
Publicity & Marketing
- Help with Marketing of the Opera Guild
- Help develop strategy
Newsletter/Website
- Assist in writing and collecting information for a newsletter and website
- Help maintain the website (computer skills required)
Yearbook
- Help prepare directory for early fall distribution (computer skills required)
Fundraising
- Help to organize our Fall or Spring Fundraiser
