Matinee at the Opera

The Guild has acquired special audiovisual equipment to enable our special Matinee at the Opera events in which videos of entire operas are projected on a large format.  These events are open to members and their guests and pre-registration is required.

For 2009 - 2010, we have two Matinee at the Opera events scheduled:  On January 17, 2010, we will be showing Die Fledermaus by Johann Strauss II.  And on  June 13, 2010, we will show Il Trovatore by Guiseppe Verdi.

Both events will be held at the San Antonio Country Club beginning at 2:00 pm.   Registration information will be available at a later date.
